Goes straight after a fact you think is right but haven't seen in the game yourself, such as something another player told you. Readers see a small unchecked mark, and the page joins Category:Pages with unchecked facts. When you have seen it in the game, take the mark off; if it turns out to be wrong, take the fact out.
